The Journey to Installing Your New Pool

  1. Call or email our office to discuss your ideas. We will email you an initial quote and arrange a site inspection.
  2. Meet with the team on-site. We will discuss with you the best choice of pool shape for your space and lifestyle and what other work you may need done to finish the area, such as paving or fencing. Our office will send you a site based quote based on your site inspection, and from there we can convert it to a final quote or make any amendments required.
  3. You decide to go ahead and let our office know the good news. We will send you your contract and the certification paperwork. When you send it back, we process your Home Warranty Insurance, take a deposit, get your plans drawn up, book you into the installation schedule and lodge the relevant applications.
  4. The big day arrives! Our team will mark out the pool and set the heights, then the excavation begins… we dig a big hole, place the pool shell, backfill around it, install the plumbing and any accessories, fill the pool with water and level the perimeter. We lay the steel for the bond beam, which is inspected by council, then pour the concrete. Last but not least, we connect all the filtration equipment, clean the pool and book you a handover.
  5. This whole process can take from two to three weeks, depending on the weather. If you have asked us to do any paving, fencing or any other kind of work, it will take longer.
  6. Once the pool safety fence is installed and we are sure everything is to your satisfaction, we book the final council inspection. Once that has been processed, you, the proud owner of a new pool, will need to register your pool on www.swimmingpoolregister.nsw.gov.au

  • How long does it take you to install a pool from start to finish?

    When you confirm your order with us, we schedule you for the next available installation date, which is generally 3-4 months ahead. Installation is fast and once begun, your pool should be ready to swim in within 3 weeks. Our team will always stay in touch with you during this process and notify you if delays occur. Paving, retaining walls or other external features may take longer for a complete pool area.

  • What is the pool installation process?

    Once the paperwork is completed and all required approvals are received,  installation can begin and happens as follows:


    1. Preparation of the site including final measurements
    2. Excavation of the pool area
    3. Setting the base and confirming it is level
    4. Lowering the pool into place, known as craning and setting
    5. Backfilling dirt and filling the pool (conducted simultaneously to equalise pressure)
    6. Plumbing the pool and filter or drainage
    7. Exterior paving and landscaping
    8. Our professional team are fully qualified and insured to help you every step of the way.

  • Do I need to prepare anything?

    Our team will advise you if any preparation is necessary, but we aim to take care of everything from start to finish, including dirt removal and dumping. During installation, we ask that gates are left unlocked for ease of access and that children and pets are kept at a safe distance and are fully supervised.
