Our Port Macquarie Pool Installation Process

2. On-Site Meeting with Jayson

Next, Jayson meets you at your property to assess the space, recommend the best pool shape for your lifestyle and discuss any additional work you may want completed, such as paving or fencing. After this visit, our office sends your final quote along with a clear explanation of any terminology.

3. Approvals, Paperwork & Booking Your Installation

Once you decide to proceed, simply give our office the go-ahead. We then send your contract and certification documents, process your Home Warranty Insurance, take your deposit and secure your place in our installation schedule. We also lodge all required applications on your behalf to keep the process stress-free.

4. Excavation & Pool Installation Begins

Installation day is where the transformation really starts. Our team marks out your pool area, sets levels, completes the excavation, positions the pool shell, installs plumbing and accessories, backfills the site and fills the pool. We then prepare the steel for the bond beam, organise the required Council inspection and pour the concrete.

5. Filtration, Equipment & Final Handover

When you confirm your order with us, we schedule you for the next available installation date, which is generally 2-3 months ahead. Installation is fast and once begun, your pool should be ready to swim in within 2 weeks. Our team will always stay in touch with you during this process and notify you if delays occur. 

Paving, retaining walls or other external features may take longer for a complete pool area.

After confirming your order, including the selection of one of our fibreglass pools, installation happens as follows:

  1. Preparation of the site including final measurements
  2. Excavation of the pool area
  3. Setting the base and confirming it is level
  4. Lowering the pool into place, known as craning and setting
  5. Backfilling dirt and filling the pool (conducted simultaneously to equalise pressure)
  6. Plumbing the pool, including therapy jets and filter or drainage
  7. Exterior paving and landscaping

Our professional team are fully qualified and insured to help you every step of the way.

Our team will advise you if any preparation is necessary, but we aim to take care of everything from start to finish, including dirt removal and dumping.

During installation, we ask that gates are left unlocked for ease of access and that children and pets are kept at a safe distance and are fully supervised.
